3.1 Subscription plans

We offer the following subscription plans, with current pricing available at strategyai.co.uk/pricing:

• Partner Pro — single seat
• Team Pack — up to 3 seats, with additional seats available at a per-seat rate
• Enterprise — bespoke pricing for firm-wide deployments

3.2 Billing cycle

All subscriptions are billed in advance. Your billing cycle begins on the day you subscribe, and each subsequent payment is taken every 4 weeks (for monthly plans) or every 52 weeks (for annual plans) from that anchor date, via Stripe (our payment processor).

For example: if you subscribe on the 7th of the month, your next payment will be taken 4 weeks later, not on the 1st of the following month.

3.3 Automatic renewal

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled by you in accordance with Section 4. Renewal charges will be taken from the same payment method used at signup.

3.4 Price changes

We may change the price of subscription plans at any time. Any price change will take effect at the start of your next billing cycle and we will notify you by email at least 30 days in advance. Continued use after the price change takes effect constitutes acceptance.

4.1 Cancel anytime

You may cancel your subscription at any time, for any reason, from within your account settings or by emailing admin@strategyai.co.uk.

4.2 Access continues until end of paid period

When you cancel, your subscription will remain active until the end of the billing period you have already paid for. You will continue to have full access to the Service during this period.

For example: if you pay on the 1st of a month and cancel on the 15th, your access continues for the remaining ~2 weeks of that paid period. No further charges will be taken after the period ends.

4.3 No partial refunds

We do not provide partial refunds for unused portions of a billing period. The amount paid covers the full period regardless of cancellation timing within that period.

4.4 Reactivation rules

Before your paid period ends: If you have cancelled but the paid period has not yet expired, you may reactivate at any time from your account settings, with no interruption to service and no penalty.

After your paid period ends — 3-month lockout: Once your paid period expires after a cancellation, you may not re-subscribe to StrategyAI for a period of 3 months from the cancellation date. This rule exists to maintain the integrity of the subscriber base and to discourage "on-off" usage patterns that disadvantage committed Partners.

If exceptional circumstances apply (e.g. firm-wide procurement timing), please contact admin@strategyai.co.uk to request a waiver.

4.5 Pause option

We may, at our discretion, offer you the option to pause your subscription for a single fixed period of 30 days as an alternative to cancelling. Where offered and accepted:

• No charge is taken during the pause period
• Your account remains active and accessible
• The pause cannot be extended
• At the end of the 30 days, your subscription auto-resumes at your normal rate
• You will be notified by email 3 days before the pause ends, giving you the option to either continue or cancel cleanly at that point

The pause option is offered once per customer as a goodwill measure and is not a contractual right.

5.1 Free trials

We may offer free trials. Unless otherwise stated, free trials convert to a paid subscription at the end of the trial period at the rate displayed at signup. You may cancel at any time during the trial without charge.

5.2 Promotional discounts

Promotional discounts (including any "save offer" applied during cancellation) apply only to the specific billing cycle(s) stated at the time of offer. After the promotional period, your subscription returns to the standard rate.

5.3 One-time use

Save offers and similar retention discounts are limited to one use per customer. Once applied, you will not be eligible for the same offer again, even if you re-subscribe later.

6.1 Account data

Information you provide (name, email, firm, role, preferences, watchlist) is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

6.2 LinkedIn connections (optional)

If you choose to upload your LinkedIn connections via CSV, this data is used solely to enable the warm-paths feature within your own account. We do not sell, share, or analyse this data across customers, and you may delete it at any time.

6.3 Signal sources

All signals delivered through the Service are derived from publicly available sources (news, regulatory filings, job postings, company announcements). We do not use proprietary, leaked, or confidential information.

6.4 No scraping or competitive use

You may not scrape, copy, redistribute, or re-sell signals delivered through the Service to third parties. The signals are licensed for your own internal business development use only. You may share individual signals with named colleagues within your firm using the in-product Share function.

7.1 Our IP

StratAI Ltd, trading as StrategyAI, retains exclusive ownership of all intellectual property in the Service, including the underlying software, signal-scoring methodology, pattern library, brand, trademarks, designs, documentation, and any improvements or derivatives. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of any of our intellectual property to you.

7.2 Your IP

Any notes, watchlists, or annotations you create within the Service remain your property.

7.3 Licence to you

We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Service during your active subscription, for the lawful business purposes set out in these Terms.

8.1 No guaranteed uptime

We use commercially reasonable efforts to maintain Service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance windows, third-party API outages (including Supabase, Stripe, Resend, and data providers), or force majeure events may affect availability.

8.2 Signal accuracy

Signals are generated from public sources and AI analysis. While we work hard to ensure accuracy, we make no warranty that any signal is correct, complete, or actionable. You are responsible for verifying any commercial decision with your own due diligence.

8.3 No financial or legal advice

Nothing on the Service constitutes financial, legal, tax, or investment advice. You should consult qualified advisors before making any commercial decision based on signals.
